I dont see your rotation explained for ele or resto spec. No screenshot either.

Also, if you do get accepted, you will have to move all your characters in the guild. Not just shaman.

'kay, so. The other application can be closed already, make this one the application we are considering.
He's raided with us few times, he's pretty decent although he has a language barrier. And as you know, we need people badly. Luckily, this one won't need to be schooled a lot, he knows what to do.
