I will keep this guide as short as possible. Anyone creative enough to google spec name and current patch will find more than I will be able to write/copy.

Spec:

11/5/55

Stats:

Hit: As always, Hit should be prioritized while under cap, which is 8%.

Expertise: Stat that decreases chance that our attacks will be dodged/parried, should be capped (26 expertise).

Strength: Stat that we are stacking after capping Hit/Exp. 1 STR gives you 2 AP baseline, multiplied by 1.15 from Divine Strength (Tier 1 Prot) giving us 2.3 AP per STR when specced. This number is further affected by buffs such as BoK. STR also increases the strength of our utility spells such as SS via talents, and SoV triple dips on STR.

Crit:We are quite reliant on critical strikes to do damage. You can never really have too much crit, but it is not worth gemming for it, gem for STR instead.

Haste:  Haste increases white damage and SoV damage by giving you a few more attacks against a boss; haste does NOT decrease the GCD on our strikes/judgements, but slightly decreases spell GCD (cons, exo). You will find plenty of it on our sets and pieces, don't enchant or gem for it.

Gems:

Meta: 21 agy + 3% crit dmg is used over 21 crit + 3% crit dmg cause of easier gem requirements.

Red: 20 Str
Prismatic: 10 all stats should be used to activate meta. Use it also to get some nice item bonus.

Rotation:

Major:
Glyph of Judgment - 10% more Judgment damage.
Glyph of Consecration - 20% longer duration and longer cooldown.
Glyph of Seal of Vengeance - 10 expertise.
Glyph of Exorcism - If expertise capped, this one should be used.
Minor:
Glyph of Sense Undead - 1% more damage to Undeads, while using Sense Undead.
Rotation:

Retribution Paladins do not use standard rotation, instead they use FCFS (First Come First Serve) method,
which means that is better to use any ability that comes off cooldown, rather than waiting a gcd for another ability.

Other part of our DPSing is Clash Resolution: This is priority list of abilities that should help You when You have multiple abilities not on cooldown. Clash Resolution varies, depending on gear level.

If you have 2pc T9 equipped your best clash resolution is: Judgement > HoW > CS > DS > Consecrate > Exorcism > Holy Wrath.

If you have 2pc T9 AND 2pc T10 equipped, your best resolution is:  Judgement > DS > HoW > CS > Consecrate > Exorcism > Holy Wrath

If you have 4pc T10 equipped, your best clash resolution is:  Judgement > DS > CS > HoW > Consecrate > Exorcism > Holy Wrath

Remember that no matter what priority system you pick and use, we're still bound to FCFS.

I will now link a much more detailed guide, for those who want some extra info.
