Well i cant say i'm vouching for him, i gave him instructions and answered some questions he had about making application and further process. Even though his english may not go under our ''minimum requirements of english knowledge'' he seemed to understand what i told him. From what I've seen he's a nice guy and wouldnt have problems fitting in. Also, i did couple of raids with him and all went good.

I don't know what really happened with the applicant interviews but they are a must, especially in a cases like this one when the guy seems good etc. etc. but his english is broken beyond repair. One interview could certainly tell us if he will be able to understand simple requests and commands or not, therefore should he be accepted or no. Neutral.

I suffered through the whole application.
And I obviously don't like it.
