it was not in bg it was in boreun so that makes him hack 2 times

Ok, hacks are on his computer. His account was see'ing hacking, i dont care if its your brother or what, just like admins wont care when they ban it. We have kicked people for less and yes, just because he lives in the right area garuntees nothing.

Also, you said the hunter is his and now he cant play on it. Yet u registering a hunter for guild. So..

So im going to decline this application now.
