well truly i cant open link of your specs and for me will be hard to give you TU like this without specs.... . cos spec is the first thing for me and im cheking it first of all . when i saw your spec's link dont work i stopped to reading your app .

He could, at least, farm some heroic gear before making this application, but lets say that we (server with low population) should welcome newcomers.

Lets say that his specs are correct, but hes not using DBM nor Gearscore, and he said that he is using them.

I would think twice before accepting him, maybe some officer should check his progress since this application was made.

**Edit** And yeah, he is Bulgarian...thats a good thing, We should all agree that they are generally better than, for example Venezuelan people )

Ja, he was doing some nice dps for his gear in our toc, + he will understand english.
Altho he is abit annoying, everything else seems legit. And maybe he turned off his DBM when he took SS, duno, giv a guy a chance
