8.Explain us your main spec rotation, how you manage your abilities in certain situation, what are important facts and on what you should pay extra attention, be detailed: I try to prehot targets with renew and also I am looking for to get 3 Serendipity with Flash Heal. Holy priest's rotation is very simple on low health with Serenedipity proc I heal low targets and when there is a lot of player on low health I use Prayer of Healing and Circle of Healing to aoe them with heals. When Prayer of Mending stacks ticks out I refresh it.

11.Why do you want to join LD: I was playing pvp for a lot of time. Now is time for me to start play PvE since you are active and well organized I want to join you. I am very social player, dedicated to his work. Also my friend Aerina recommended you. He is gonna teach me all tactics so you dont worry about my slacking.

12.Why do we want you in our guild: As I said above I am very dedicated player, willing to learn quickly. When I get some gear you can count me on main raids. I know that for now I dont have neither exp nor gear for heroic raids.

My raid experience is very low, you know what our pugs look like. Anyway these are my successes:
Icc 10 – I came to Blood Council, killed Plague wing, but not Frost.
Icc 10 heroic – I havent had any chances for heroic raid.
Icc 25 – Deathbringer Surfang
Icc 25 heroic - Nah

-Lone District's raids are on Tuesday (19:30 ST) and on Friday (19:30 ST)

14.What were your previous guilds and why you got kicked/left them: I wasnt in any serious guilds before. And no I wasnt kicked.

15.How did you hear about our guild: I know for LD for a long time, just didnt have chance to write application also Aerina recommended it.

16.*Give us a list of other important add-ons that you are using: First as most important I use DBM, then second but not less important is Healbot. I use Sexy cooldowns and many less useful addons in pve (like prat…).

18.Is there anyone in guild who can vouch for you: Aerina and someone else I wont put them here because they'll vote anyway.

I am going to high school also here. Since I have a lot of time at evenings I am able to come on raids.

Hello.
So regarding your rotation, you should use Circle of Healing and Prayer of Mending on Cooldown.

Use Flash Heal when 1 person needs heal + use it on Crit Proc (instant flash from talents).
When you have 3x Sere, use either Prayer of Healing, for group heal, or Greater Heal, for 1 target (most often tank) healing.

Renew got nerfed alot, but it is good to use when you are moving, or when there is not big dmg at that moment incoming, as u said, as pre hot.

I don't really care how / why or did he really apply for another guild, before or at same time.
His application for our guild looks decent, and is it his english or someone else's, we shall see in our Interview.
