he is good pvp player... more much better than me... but he's very bad in pve and raids; i raided with him too many times... he will go off after 3 or 4 wipes and this his biggest problem...
and he was in last Graid with us... he had a bad performance   

and also i dont like your character's name.... "haywan" means "animal".

I've raided with you multiple times.
You quit your own raid pretending to have something up if you don't get the item you want, not even passing leader to anyone else.

Your raid performance is... unstable. You do decent DPS in a tank-and-spank fight, but fail if there's even basic tactics to be applied.

You don't respond well when someone points this out, because I guess your head, you're the best player this world has ever seen.

There's no shame in fucking up, or even not knowing stuff. But you have to own up to it.

Not to mention you often afk OR lag in the middle of the fight so bad you actually get in the way.

Adding insult to injury, how the fuck do you people not know what your addons are called. It's X-Perl, not Pearl; Healbot, not hel-bot.
Basically the fact you don't know these names means you've probably never opened the fucking SETTINGS page for any of those addons. That, or you can't read.
Your English is so-so, veering to the side of bad. But so is the majority of the guild's.

BUT, above all, we currently need people.
