Explain us your rotation, how you manage your abilities in certain situation, be detailed: First, I get all my dots on target - Faerie Fire, Moonfire, Insect Swarm, Force of Nature and Starfall. After I have them on target, I start spamming Wrath until I get Lunar Eclipse. When is Eclipse about to expire, I start spamming Starfire. Again - Moonfire, Insect Swarm. Then I start spamming Starfire, until I don't get Solar Eclipse. When is Eclipse about to expire, I start spamming Wrath. And everything again.

Experience

How long do you play WoW: About 2 years.
Retail experience: I have never played on retail.
What raiding experience(at all) did you have at level 60, TBC, and currently WOTLK: TBC - Black Temple, The Sunwell, Gruul's Lair and Kharazan. WOTLK - Icecrown Cidatel, Valut of Archavon, The Obsidan Sanctum and Trail of the Crusader.

-Lone District's raids are on Tuesday (19:30 ST) and on Thursday (19:30 ST)

Do you have any conflict with our raid schedules: No.
What were your previous guilds and why you got kicked/left them: I was in Dial M for Murloc and Asylum. Honestly, I left them 'cause leader (Battlecattle) can't lead us in raids. Maybe he knows tactics for all bosses in Icecrown, but his English is really bad and no one else can explain us tactics.
What do you expect from our guild: Many friends.. Good organised guild..
What can we expect from you: I will help you on every way I can.

I think people are just unreasonably giving Thumbs Down. I personally cannot see reason for thumbs down.
His talents are more or less fine now, his gear isn't Furious, and he has raiding xp.
Everything else is also decent. If he wrote this application, his english is also good enough.

I think Elune is being too soft on people again. We have to be hyper-critical on applications to make sure we do not let in peeps that actually cant play ( im not going to say anything more, you should know from past experience).

I don't like that both Swederon and Evan are not saying anything about this application, after all they are vouching for this guy.

Also I don't think that slight flaws in spec/rotation should be a
problem, so I'm voting up and hoping that Chickens
from guild will help him out a bit.
