You dumbass. You should always spam it when you got it for +10 Runic Power. His rotation isn't bad at all actually. Though, you might go for Icy Chill before Plague Strike, in case you're just getting close to the boss.

Other than that, thumbs down. Seems unworthy and quite bad.

Wrong again, it's a 2 minute buff, but 3 minute with a Glyph.
