I myself know that this guy has wintraded his way towards 2000 rating in 3v3 brackets (to get Wrathful shoulders).
But I do not know, however, is this character traded after that or whatsoever.

Anyway, on the matter of reading the application, altogether it's a Thumbs Down for several reasons.

His specs are bad, so does his rotation suck as Razorblades previously said, and his English lacks.

Though, to be honest, from taking a look at his gear. That waist could only be Sindragosa's waist, unless he's using Valthiria's tank waist.
Since Armor Penetration waist from Rotface looks different, so does the all 264 waists do.
