follow some guidelines or rules for this system which are :

1, put the diseases - first to be hit icy touch plague then d depends if they melee or ranged to start.
2 nd priority when your runes on CD download Esten death spiral only if all your runes are on cd
3 rd priority plague hits all whenever possible not to delay relocating diseases.
4 th priority spend your blood runes everytime you Esten on with bloody coup or pestilence if more d 1 mob.
