Renew debuff when necessary, don´t forget w8ing all tic´s of debuff. Finally, when my target is below 25% Health, cast Drain Soul, maintain all debuff´s on the boss

Application is poor, your spec is good but you need to make some little changes, and in your rotation you explained only basic things, you need to be more detailed to show us that you know how to use your char. And btw use Drain Soul at 25% not 20%.
All in all Thumbs Down for the moment.
