19.What were your previous guilds and why you got kicked/left them: I'am in fallen death It's spanish guild , and u know it's hard to find/make raids this days so i'am There at least icc 10 every week better than stay dueling and playing arena

HE has no addons - From that screenshot , doesnt even look like he has dbm.

Rotation is bad, and while yes, fire is like 3 buttons to play, its all about spell timing and priority. Nothing of which is mentioned in rotations. Also, if you gonna pop your CD's in beginning you will only ever be average (cause that is the noobest move ever).

To me it seems like he needs DFO and some other items for pvp frost and that is why he wants to join.
