Rofl, as far as I can see you cutted of map for some reason. In rotation we (atleast I) consider you should write what spells do you use. Is it Holy Light or Flash of Light. Where is your healbot/grid? Who did you imagine healing raids without seeing who is on grid. Answers are short, I wont event talk about their correctness.
From this you know what you should change, since I am not such pro 'bout Holy Paladins, but still I know some basics.

What Paps wanted to point out is that You actually need to give us link to your spec. To do this You can use one of many 3.3.5 talent calculators out there.

Let's be completely honest.
This guy doesn't seem bad at all. He actually seems fun.

However, his english skills are equal to 0. And that is the ONLY thing people require if they wanna join guild.

I'd like that we could inv this kinda pplz, to have fun with them trolling on english/spanish. I also don't doubt he will eventually learn every single encounter, rotation, addons and rest of raiding shit, ofc if he has someone to explain him on spanish.

Hooowever, again, we cannot accept this kinda members. Simply cause even if I tell him "you will be invited but you can never raid (except some half pug/alt raid)", he will still, sometimes in future, ask me "inv plz?", after which I would have to disappoint him.
