Seems kind of decent, rotation is fine. Apparently he knows some English, but he's not using it enough to fill up this application a little more.

I can also notice honesty about raiding experiences, wasn't lying about it like the most of the "newly-accepted" applicants, saying they've cleared entire ICC and when it comes to raiding, they suck at almost every encounter.

I will, however, remain neutral about it, since I'm not sure he's written this application himself.

He's from "Latino" country, which gives me sense of insecurities.

i want to w8 for iostream also since i see elune's comment . but at the moment we just cant find him .
this application is not that good , maybe but MAYBE we can call it a decent application but still its not 100% . i have no idea about this guy and his skills but since we need rogues im gonna stay as NEUTRAL for now . lets see whats iostream's opinion about you

Reading over this application, something does not really seem right... frankly, no one uses English like he has here, so something seems abit wrong there.

I have never heard of that guild either...
