About the topic:
I am playing with warlock since i start wow it's a over 5 years and 1 year in retail, as i see here you can't be a useful member on the guild why i think like this:

The first thing is rotation is bad.

Second thing i don't see any single bind. At least you need 10 binds for pve im not talking about pvp cause you wont handle it.

The Third thing is your pve talents are horrible.

The fourth thing is you dont have a single macro which you need to have.
Your english need a little bit correct.

Guys how you can give thumbs up give me one reason i saw you in other applications which seems like this u are giving imediately Thumbs down without thinking.

I'm not Godlike to judge you but i gave you information which is enough for me to give you definitely Thumbs down.

Well, I will explain my Thumbs Up.

His spec is destruction PVE, and it is quite good, except as I said, minor modifications are needed. He shouldn't focus on Backlash that much, but rather on Destructive Reach and even maybe Shadowfury if its possible.

Yes he is missing binds, but to do this normal rotation with Destro Warlocks, you kinda don't need any more bindings. Yes it will help, and he should have it, but he doesn't really need it, especially if he is good clicker.

He is 26 years old, we cannot be sure in that, but judging by his answers, I believe he is. And his english isn't that good, but it is understandable, and I believe he will understand me on teamspeak as well (we shall see that on Interview, if he gets accepted here).

Macro, Talents, Spec, Rotation, that is all he can learn in less then 1 hour with someone who knows his shit, like you mirzk, if you are willing to show him. If you are not, I am. Important thing is, he WILL understand you, and he is WILLING to understand you, and that is what you find out during his Trial period.

This server isn't high populated yet, so as much as Players need good guilds, that much guilds need good Players. It is symbiosis between us, and it is really important.

I just see normal english speaker, who CAN understand me. That is much more then enough for me. Will he show his will to learn and improve, we will see during his Trial period. That is reason for my Thumbs Up.

I look at his UI and raid experience, then I read Elune's post.

Even with help, I do not think that this guy will be a raider anytime soon. I can almost bet he will be running too much in encounters for the 1st 2 months and only after that attempt to work on his rotation.

IMO he is too inexperienced. But hey, its your choice is you want another high gear player pushing extremely low dps.

I was worse then this guy but with help from elune,paps and some m8 from guild I got some skills. I belive that he will change.
