PVE more nowadays because it requires great teamwork and I always go by the rules.

Bloodthrist > Whirlwind > (Insta)Slam > Heroic Strike
Recklessness - Keep on CD, use it on nice procs
Death Wish - I have maco for it, It will use my Mark of Supremacy and Death Wish. Good dps increase.
Bloodrage, Berserker Rage - Using it on while having some rage problems.
Usually spam heroic strike when having 50+ rage.
Simple as that.
